Founded by Sophie Sarrote and Beatrice Carbone, former soloists of Teatro alla Scala.The aim of International Ballet audition is to help the next generation enter the professional dance world. It creates a bridge between dance schools and companies, offering young dancers a unique chance to audition in front of renowned international directors. The main goal is to connect schools and companies, especially in Italy, where many schools are often distant from professional opportunities. Directors can offer long or short term contracts, internships, or positions such as coryphée, demi-soloist and soloist during the audition.
