Cheng Ballet Academy is a premier ballet school in Singapore, founded in 2006 by professional dancers Cheng Hsienfa and Tan Yaling. The academy offers professional training in ballet and dance for students aged 3 through 16 and beyond, employing a training regimen based on the Russian Vaganova method with components from French, Danish, Italian, American, and Contemporary ballet methods. The Youth Ballet Company was founded in 2009 to forge a professional path for exceptional young dancers, and the school stages two productions annually.
