Evolution Dance Platform (EDP) is the junior company and pre-professional training programme of the Delattre Dance Company in Mainz, Germany. Founded by Stéphen Delattre and Martin Opelt, it bridges the gap between professional ballet training and a full-time dance career. Dancers train alongside the Delattre Dance Company, perform in productions, and work with international choreographers.

The Evolution Dance Platform was launched in 2022 by Stéphen Delattre and Martin Opelt as the official junior programme of the Delattre Dance Company. It was created to help young dancers transition into the professional world through company experience, coaching, performances, and collaborations with international choreographers.

Requirements
Applicants must: Submit an online application. Attend a live or video audition. Have strong classical ballet technique (including pointe work for women). Demonstrate contemporary dance experience.
