Bede's Legat Dance Academy is a specialist vocational dance programme based at Bede's Senior School in East Sussex, England. It is designed for talented young dancers who wish to combine an outstanding academic education with intensive professional dance training. Students are taught by experienced industry professionals and regularly work with guest artists from leading dance companies and the West End.

History
Legat Dance Academy has been based at Bede's Senior School for over 17 years. It was established to provide intensive vocational dance training alongside a full academic education. The Academy has developed a strong reputation for preparing dancers for leading UK and international conservatoires including Rambert, Elmhurst, Central School of Ballet, Tring Park, Laban, ArtsEd, and Boston Conservatory.

Requirements
Students must first be offered a place at Bede's Senior School. Successful dance audition is required. Auditions are available in person or online. Entry is based on dance potential, technical ability, and suitability for the programme. Scholarships are available for outstanding dancers.
